Terms and Conditions

We strive to provide exceptional service to all of our valued clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and accomodate everyone's needs, we have implmented the following cancellation policy.

• Clients to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ​

• Full payment is required to secure your booking. Dates are secured for 24 hours. If payment isn't received within 24 hours the date will be released and open for bookings. 

• Please note payment is not refundable or transferable for any date changes or amendments.

• For any cancellation, payment will be forfeited.

• Your allocated time slot is for your use and inclusive of set up and departure time. In the event of late arrival your time will still start from the original booking slot.

• Services Provided

• The makeup artist agrees to provide makeup services as requested by the client. This includes a consultation prior to the appointment and the application of makeup for the client, which may include special occasions, events, or personal photoshoots. Any additional services requested will be agreed upon in advance.

• Liability Waiver

• The client acknowledges that makeup application may involve the use of products that could cause allergic reactions or other risks. They release the makeup artist from any liability for accidents or injuries that may occur during the makeup services.​

• Photography Consent

• The client grants permission for the makeup artist to take photos of their makeup for the purpose of portfolio and promotional use.
